# Claros by YCI

> Evidence-based AI coaching from the Youth Coaching Institute. Claros is built to strengthen how young people think, not think for them, and to support the coaches who serve them.

Claros is a two-sided platform: an AI coaching tool for young people ages 14 to 30, and a strategy assistant for certified coaches and coaches in training. The coaching arc is grounded in ICF Core Competencies, Self-Determination Theory, Solution-Focused Brief Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Youth Development.
